Dried Chilli Chicken Recipe

Marinade chicken thighs with grated garlic, grated ginger, fish sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce and oyster sauce. After around 15 minutes, put enough corn flour to coat the chicken and making it a batter. I usually mix 1 egg into this, but I thought the marinade was runny enough today for the corn flour to stick. And guys, this is already extremely delicious on its own. This is the same recipe for Chicken Karaage. After frying, it is the most cruchiest and flavourful fried chicken you can make at home.

I took it one step further to turn it into a complete stir-fry. I sauteed some minced garlic, minced ginger, sliced red onions, dried chilli and birds eye chilli. After a minute, I put fish sauce, oyster sauce and some sugar. Wait for the sauce to slightly thicken, turn the heat up to maximum, and put the fried chicken and spring onions. Turn the heat off, and serve with white jasmine rice. .
